27 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |

29 | 49 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Employment | |
30 | 50 | Security Administration Fund, out of funds made available to this | |
31 | 51 | state by the federal Unemployment Compensation Modernization | |
32 | 52 | Transfer made on June 25, 2009, pursuant to Section 903( f) of the | |
33 | 53 | Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C., S ection 1103(f), as amended, the sum | |
34 | 54 | of Eleven Million Dollars ($11,000,000.00) to be used by the | |
35 | 55 | Oklahoma Employment Security Commission for the purpose of paying | |
36 | 56 | the administrative expe nses of the following programs in the | |
37 | 57 | following amounts: | |

39 | 58 | 1. Employer Service Program in the amount of Three Million | |
40 | 59 | Dollars ($3,000,000.00); and | |
