8484 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
8585 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 62 O.S. 2011, Section 34.67, as
8686 amended by Section 390, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (62 O.S. Supp.
8787 2020, Section 34.67), is amended to read as follows:
8888 Section 34.67. A. The Director of the Office of Management and
8989 Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to shall prescribe forms
9090 and electronic systems to process claims and payroll to be used by
9191 the various agencies of the state. Any agency of the state may file
9292 a claim against more than one item of the current allotments within

145145 funds by indicating on the claim or payroll the account, or accou nts
146146 to be charged. The Dir ector shall approve and charge such claim to
147147 the account, or accounts, in dicated after proper audit of the claim
148148 or payroll.
149149 B. These payroll systems are hereby authorized for use in
150150 claiming amounts due individually to all empl oyees within an agency
151151 of the state. Each payroll record shall show the total earnings,
152152 the amount of each type of withholding and the net amount due each
153153 employee. Withholdings may be reserved by the Director of the
154154 Office of Management and Enterprise S ervices to be paid to the
155155 proper entity by lump sum payments.
156156 SECTION 2. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
157157 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
158158 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
159159 be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
