84	84	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
85	85	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 62 O.S. 2011, Section 34.67, as
86	86	amended by Section 390, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (62 O.S. Supp.
87	87	2020, Section 34.67), is amended to read as follows:
88	88	Section 34.67. A. The Director of the Office of Management and
89	89	Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to shall prescribe forms
90	90	and electronic systems to process claims and payroll to be used by
91	91	the various agencies of the state. Any agency of the state may file
92	92	a claim against more than one item of the current allotments within

145	145	funds by indicating on the claim or payroll the account, or accou nts
146	146	to be charged. The Dir ector shall approve and charge such claim to
147	147	the account, or accounts, in dicated after proper audit of the claim
148	148	or payroll.
149	149	B. These payroll systems are hereby authorized for use in
150	150	claiming amounts due individually to all empl oyees within an agency
151	151	of the state. Each payroll record shall show the total earnings,
152	152	the amount of each type of withholding and the net amount due each
153	153	employee. Withholdings may be reserved by the Director of the
154	154	Office of Management and Enterprise S ervices to be paid to the
155	155	proper entity by lump sum payments.
156	156	SECTION 2. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
157	157	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
158	158	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
159	159	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
