47	40		transfer of a student whose parent or legal guardian
48	41		is a teacher; allowing the transfer of a student
49	42		whose parent or legal guardian is a support employee;

57	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	51		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 20 21, Section 8-113, is
59	52		amended to read as follows:
60	53		Section 8-113. A student shall be allowed to transfer to a
61	54		school district in which the parent or legal guardian of the student
62	55		is employed as a teacher, as defined in Section 1-116 of this title,
63	56		or as a support employee, as defined by Section 6 -101.40 of this
64	57		title.
65	58		SECTION 2. This act shall become effe ctive July 1, 2022.
	59	+	SECTION 3. It being immediately n ecessary for the preservation
	60	+	of the public peace, health , or safety, an emergency is hereby
	61	+	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
	62	+	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
