77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHO MA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
80	80	there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows:
81	81	A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the Vaccine
82	82	Mandate Prohibition Bill.
83	83	B. As used in this section, "covered entity" means:
84	84	1. A state agency;
85	85	2. A political subdivision ;
86	86	3. Any entity that accepts funds from the state, the federal
87	87	government, or a political subdivision from whatever source derived;

139	139	4. Any entity that employs indivi duals who are required by the
140	140	state or a political subdivision to have licensure or certification
141	141	issued by a state agency;
142	142	5. Any hospital licensed by the State Department of Healt h; or
143	143	6. Any private entity .
144	144	C. A covered entity or agent of a covered entity shall not
145	145	require the receipt of any vaccine used to prevent infection by any
146	146	current or future variant of SARS-CoV-2 or the development of
147	147	Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) for any reason including but not
148	148	limited to as a condit ion of employment, profe ssional licensure,
149	149	educational admittance, certification or degree, admittance to any
150	150	place of business or entertainment , or access to any mode of
151	151	transportation.
152	152	D. A covered entity or agent of a covered entity shall not
153	153	discriminate against, punish, demote, or isolate any employee of the
154	154	covered entity based on whether the employee has received a vaccine
155	155	used to prevent infection by any current or future variant of SARS-
156	156	CoV-2 or the development of COVID-19.
157	157	E. A covered entity or agent of a covered entity shall not be
158	158	liable in a civil action claiming an injury from exposure or
159	159	potential exposure to any current or future variant of SARS-CoV-2 or
160	160	from the development of COVID-19 if the act or omission alleged to
161	161	violate a duty of care of the covered entity or agent of the covered
162	162	entity was in compliance with this section.
