SENATE BILL NO. 1134 By: Rosino of the Senate
and
Lawson of the House
An Act relating to the state Medicaid program ;
repealing 56 O.S. 2021, Section 2005, which relates
to home and community-based services; and declaring
an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Section 2005, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, he alth or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and a fter its passage and approval.
