| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma | |
| 73 | 73 | Historical Society from any mon ies not otherwise app ropriated from | |
| 74 | 74 | the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 75 | 75 | ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Six Hundred Twenty -five Thousand | |
| 76 | 76 | Dollars ($625,000.00) or so much thereof as may be n ecessary for the | |
| 77 | 77 | purpose of developing plans and other pre-construction costs related | |
| 78 | 78 | to the Clara Luper C ivil Rights Center. | |
| 79 | 79 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 202 2. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
