75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-311.4 of Title 63, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. For each live birth in this state for which a birth
80	80	certificate is issued , the birth certificate shall include
81	81	provisions to designate the citizenship of the biological parent or
82	82	parents of the child and provisions to designate the citizenship of
83	83	the child.
84	84	B. Provisions to designate the citizenship of the child shall
85	85	be limited to one or more of the following:
86	86	1. United States citizenship;

139	139	3. Tribal citizenship or membership; or
140	140	4. Foreign national/non-United States citizen.
141	141	C. For any child born to parents neither of which are citizens
142	142	of the United States, no United States or Oklahoma citizensh ip shall
143	143	be granted to the child and the only designation permitted on the
144	144	birth certificate shall be the designation provided in paragraph 4
145	145	of subsection B of this section .
146	146	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
147	147	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
148	148	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
149	149	be in full force from and after its passage a nd approval.
