AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to labor; repealing 40 O.S. 2021,
Section 11, which relates to Tulsa bra nch office of
the Commissioner of Labor; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 40 O.S. 2021, Section 11, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022 .
