65	65	An Act relating to medical treatment; prohibiting
66	66	state entity or political subdivis ion from compelling
67	67	any medical procedure, use of medical device or
68	68	wearing of face covering ; providing offense; defining
69	69	term; providing for codification; and declaring an

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3170 of Title 63, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state entity or
80	80	political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or
81	81	indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction
82	82	to undergo any unwanted medical procedure including, but not limited
83	83	to, an immunization, to use any unwanted medical device, or to wear
84	84	any face covering. A person who violates this section shall be
85	85	guilty of a misdemeanor. As used in this section, “political
86	86	subdivision” means a county, city, town, school district, or other
87	87	local governmental or public entity located within this state.

140	140	of the public peace, health or sa fety, an emergency is hereby
141	141	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect a nd
