2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :

2956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 69 O.S. 2021, Section 1002, is
3057 amended to read as follows:

3258 Section 1002. The Transportation Commission shall have
3359 authority to comprise compromise, settle or litigate claims which it
3460 may have against any person, firm or corporation for damages to or
3561 loss of property, equipment, or facilities of any kind belonging to
3662 the Department of Transportation or over which the Department or the
3763 Commission shall have jurisdiction and control for those claims
3864 exceeding the amount of Five Thous and Dollars ($5,000.00). All
