2957 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3158 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3259 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2411.1 of Title 12, unless there
3360 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fo llows:

3561 A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Act
3662 Concerning Interpretation of Oklahoma Insurance Laws”.

3863 B. A statement or restatement of the law of insurance in any
3964 legal treatise, scholarly publication, textbook or other explanatory
4065 text shall not constitute the law or public policy of this state and
4166 shall not be authoritative if the statement of the law purports to
