29	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

31	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
32	59		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2411.1 of Title 12, unless there
33	60		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fo llows:

35	61		A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Act
36	62		Concerning Interpretation of Oklahoma Insurance Laws”.

38	63		B. A statement or restatement of the law of insurance in any
39	64		legal treatise, scholarly publication, textbook or other explanatory
40	65		text shall not constitute the law or public policy of this state and
41	66		shall not be authoritative if the statement of the law purports to

59	103		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
60	104		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
61	105		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
