63 | 113 | Oklahoma National Guard in good standing who has a high school | |
64 | 114 | diploma or who has completed General Educational Development (GED) | |

66 | 116 | Oklahoma educational institution; | |

68 | 117 | 3. “Graduate program” means a program offered by an Oklahoma | |
69 | 118 | educational institution that leads to the award of a master’s | |

73 | 121 | Assistance Program established pursuant to the provisions of this | |

89 | 161 | 1. The amount of assistance provided to an eligible Guard | |
90 | 162 | member enrolled in an undergraduate program shall not exceed a | |

93 | 163 | maximum of one hundred twenty (120) credit hours in pursu it of an | |
94 | 164 | associate’s degree and/or a baccalaureate degree. | |

96 | 165 | 2. Subject to the assistance for eligible Gua rd members | |
97 | 166 | enrolled in undergraduate programs being fully funded, assistance | |
98 | 167 | shall be provided to an eligible Guard member with a baccalaureate | |
99 | 168 | degree enrolled in a graduate program. The amount of assistance | |
100 | 169 | provided to an eligible Guard member enrolled i n a graduate program | |
101 | 170 | shall not exceed a maximum of forty (40) credit hours in pursuit of | |
102 | 171 | a master’s degree. | |

104 | 172 | 3. Assistance provided pursuant to this section shall be | |
105 | 173 | granted without any limitation other than the amount of fun ds | |
106 | 174 | available for the Program an d the number of eligible Guard members | |

119 | 211 | E. To be eligible to apply for the Program, an eligible Guard | |
120 | 212 | member shall: | |

122 | 213 | 1. Have at least one (1) year remaining on his or her | |
123 | 214 | enlistment contract at the beginning of any semester for which the | |
124 | 215 | member applies for assistance pursuant to this section; | |

126 | 216 | 2. Agree in writing to complete his or her current service | |
127 | 217 | obligation in the Oklahoma Nationa l Guard; and | |
128 | - | ||
129 | 218 | 3. Agree in writing to serve actively in good standing with the | |
130 | 219 | Oklahoma National Guard for not less tha n twenty-four (24) months | |
131 | 220 | after completion of the last s emester for which the member receives | |
132 | 221 | assistance pursuant to this section. | |

155 | 263 | prescribed by the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma to | |
156 | 264 | the Educational Service Office of the Military Department prior to | |
157 | 265 | the semester for which assistance is sought. The eligible Guard | |
158 | 266 | member’s Commander or his or her designee shall confirm a member’s | |
159 | 267 | standing and eligibility to the Oklahoma educational institution in | |
160 | 268 | which the student is enrolled. | |

162 | 269 | H. The eligible Guard member’s Commander may deny an | |
163 | 270 | application submitted by an eligible Guard member for continued | |
164 | 271 | Program assistance if he or she fails to comply with the provisions | |
165 | 272 | of paragraph 1, 2, or 3 of subsection F of this section . | |

167 | 273 | I. An eligible Guard member who has received Program assistance | |
