73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 10 O.S. 2021, Section 405.2, is
75	75	amended to read as follows:
76	76	Section 405.2. A. The Director of the Department of Human
77	77	Services shall promulgate rules to establish and maintain an online
78	78	database accessible to the public that contains information
79	79	including, but not limited to:
80	80	1. The name, address, and p hone number of all child car e
81	81	centers licensed by the Department of Human Services, and the name,
82	82	address, and phone number of all child care homes licensed by the
83	83	Department; and
84	84	2. A summary of substantiated complaint records and i nspection
85	85	reports generated by the Department ; and

137	137	3. The total amount of funding each child care facility
138	138	received from the Department in the prior fiscal year .
139	139	B. Child care licensing records and inspection reports shall be
140	140	maintained by the facility a nd be posted or made available to
141	141	individuals pursuant to the licensing requirements promulgated by
142	142	the Department Director.
143	143	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
