63 | 114 | Oklahoma Statutes, may operate a fully autonomous vehicle on the | |

65 | 116 | automated driving system is engaged and the ve hicle meets the | |
66 | 117 | following conditions: | |

68 | 118 | 1. If a failure of the automated driving syst em occurs that | |
69 | 119 | renders that system unable to perform the entire dynamic driving | |
70 | 120 | task relevant to its intended operational design domain, the fully | |
71 | 121 | autonomous vehicle will achieve a minimal risk condition; | |

73 | 122 | 2. The fully autonomous vehicle is capable of oper ating in | |
74 | 123 | compliance with the applicable traffic and motor vehicle safety laws | |
75 | 124 | and regulations of this state, unless an exemption has been granted | |
