73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new secti on of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 840-2.20E of Title 74, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
77	77	Any state employee who is a veteran of the United States armed
78	78	forces and has a disability recognized by the United States
79	79	Department of Veterans Affairs may use military leave for any
80	80	illness that occurs due to their service-connected disability.
81	81	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
