7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new s ection of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-109.4 of Title 40, unless
7676 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 Following the computation of an employer ’s contribution rate
7878 pursuant to Sections 3-109, 3-110.1, and 3-113 of Title 40 of the
7979 Oklahoma Statutes, the contribution rate assigned to an emplo yer
8080 shall be reduced by ten percent (10%) if an employer has not reduced
8181 average work hours by ten percent (10%), averaged on a quarterly
8282 basis, over the last three (3) years.
8383 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
