70	70	discriminatory practices ; adding vaccination and
71	71	immunity status to discrimin atory practices; and

77	77	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2011, Section 1101, is
78	78	amended to read as follows:
79	79	Section 1101. A. This act provides for exclusive remedies
80	80	within the state of the policies for individuals alleging
81	81	discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, national
82	82	origin, sex, religion, creed, age, disability , or genetic
83	83	information, vaccination status or immunization status.
84	84	B. This act shall be construed according to the fa ir import of
85	85	its terms to further the general purposes stat ed in this section and
86	86	the special purposes of the particular provision involved.
87	87	SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2011, Section 1302, is

140	140	Section 1302. A. It is a discriminatory practice for an
141	141	employer:
142	142	1. To fail or refuse to hire, to discharge, or otherwise to
143	143	discriminate against an individual with respect to compensation or
144	144	the terms, conditions, privileges or responsibilities of employment,
145	145	because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ag e, genetic
146	146	information, vaccination status, immun ization status or disability,
147	147	unless the employer can demonstrate that accommodation for the
148	148	disability would impose an undue hardship on the oper ation of the
149	149	business of such employer ; or
150	150	2. To limit, segregate, or classify an employee or applicant
151	151	for employment in a way which would deprive or tend to deprive an
152	152	individual of employment opportuniti es or otherwise adversely affect
153	153	the status of an employee, because of race, color, religion, sex,
154	154	national origin, age, genetic information, vaccination status,
155	155	immunization status or disability, unless the employer can
156	156	demonstrate that accommodation for the disability would impose an
157	157	undue hardship on the operation of the business of such emp loyer.
158	158	B. This section does not apply to the employment of an
159	159	individual by his or her parents, spouse, or child or to employment
160	160	in the domestic service of the empl oyer.
161	161	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
162	162	of the public peace, hea lth or safety, an emergency is hereby
