75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not t o be
77	77	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
78	78	Each house of the Legislature shall require, every two (2)
79	79	years, four (4) hours total of mandatory training sessions for its
80	80	members, which shall be presented by the Ethics Commission and shall
81	81	emphasize the rules of the Ethics Co mmission. A form issued by the
82	82	Ethics Commission to each member shall be signed and returned by the
83	83	member to the member’s House of the Legislature, attesting to the
84	84	completion of the training. The members of the Senate shall report
85	85	to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The members of the
86	86	House of Representati ves shall report to the Speaker of the House of
