73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Sectio n 11-108, is
75	75	amended to read as follows:
76	76	Section 11-108. The ballots for retention of Justices of the
77	77	Supreme Court and Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the
78	78	ballots for Judges of the Court of Appeals, district judges and
79	79	associate district jud ges shall be without include party designation
80	80	and shall include the name of the appointing Governor and the date
81	81	of appointment, if applicable .
82	82	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
