2958 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 40 O.S. 2021, Section 142.2 , is
3059 amended to read as follows:

3260 Section 142.2. A. The Department of Labor shall have authority
3361 to have access to and inspect any equipment , including compression
3462 equipment and storage tanks, pr actices or methods used by o r in
3563 association with any public access compressed natural gas fueling
3664 station or pump or any hydrogen fueling station or pump.

3865 B. The Department may promulgate rules as necessary to
3966 implement the provisions of this section.
