27	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STAT E OF OKLAHOMA:

29	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 40 O.S. 2021, Section 142.2 , is
30	59		amended to read as follows:

32	60		Section 142.2. A. The Department of Labor shall have authority
33	61		to have access to and inspect any equipment , including compression
34	62		equipment and storage tanks, pr actices or methods used by o r in
35	63		association with any public access compressed natural gas fueling
36	64		station or pump or any hydrogen fueling station or pump.

38	65		B. The Department may promulgate rules as necessary to
39	66		implement the provisions of this section.
