2957 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF O KLAHOMA:

3158 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3259 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-6-101 of Title 27A, unless
3360 there is created a dupli cation in numbering, reads as follows:

3561 The office of the Secretary of Energy and Environment shall
3662 create and administer a grant program for entities utilizing
3763 sequestration of carbon captured from production of hydrogen from
3864 natural gas. The Secretary shall determine criteria for the program
3965 and establish a process for consideratio n of proposals. The grant
