29	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF O KLAHOMA:

31	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
32	59		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-6-101 of Title 27A, unless
33	60		there is created a dupli cation in numbering, reads as follows:

35	61		The office of the Secretary of Energy and Environment shall
36	62		create and administer a grant program for entities utilizing
37	63		sequestration of carbon captured from production of hydrogen from
38	64		natural gas. The Secretary shall determine criteria for the program
39	65		and establish a process for consideratio n of proposals. The grant
