77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOM A:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 3, Chapter 208, O.S.L.
79	79	2018, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 29, O.S.L. 2020 (47 O.S.
80	80	Supp. 2020, Section 1112.3), is amended to read as follows:
81	81	Section 1112.3. A. Except as otherwise provided in subsection
82	82	B of this section, at all times while a vehicle is being used or
83	83	operated on the roads of this state, the operator of the vehicle
84	84	shall have in his or her possession or carry in the vehicle a nd
85	85	exhibit upon demand to any peace officer of the state or duly
86	86	authorized employee of the Department of Public Safety, either a:
87	87	1. Registration certificate, electronic version of registration
88	88	certificate or an official copy thereof. In addition, the v ehicle

142	142	2. True copy of rental or lease documentation issued for a
143	143	motor vehicle;
144	144	3. Registration certificate, electronic version of registration
145	145	certificate or an offic ial copy thereof issued for a replacement
146	146	vehicle in the same registration period. In addition, the vehicle
147	147	operator may redact home address information printed on the
148	148	registration certificate;
149	149	4. Temporary receipt printed upon self-initiated electronic
150	150	renewal of a registration via the Internet; or
151	151	5. Cab card issued for a vehicle registered under the
152	152	International Registration Plan.
153	153	B. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not
154	154	apply to the first thirty (30) days after purchase of a repl acement
155	155	vehicle.
156	156	C. For an offense occur ring on or after the effective date of
157	157	this act and except as provided in subsection B of this section, the
158	158	fine and court costs for violating the provision of subsection A of
159	159	this section shall not exceed Twenty Do llars ($20.00).
160	160	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021.
161	161	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
162	162	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
