BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction to receive any immunization. No person shall be punished through any means including, but not limited to, a monetary fine, for such person’s refusal to receive any immunizati on. As used in this section, “political subdivision” means a county, city, town, school district or other local governmental or public entity located within this state. Req.
