7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
7878 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7979 Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or
8080 political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or
8181 indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction
8282 to receive any immunization. No person shall be punished through
8383 any means including, but not limited to, a monetary fine, for such
8484 person’s refusal to receive any immunizati on. As used in this
8585 section, “political subdivision” means a county, city, town, school
8686 district or other local governmental or public entity located within
8787 this state.

139139 SECTION 2. It being immediately necess ary for the preservation
140140 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
141141 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
142142 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
