75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or
80	80	political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or
81	81	indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction
82	82	to receive any immunization. No person shall be punished through
83	83	any means including, but not limited to, a monetary fine, for such
84	84	person’s refusal to receive any immunizati on. As used in this
85	85	section, “political subdivision” means a county, city, town, school
86	86	district or other local governmental or public entity located within
87	87	this state.

139	139	SECTION 2. It being immediately necess ary for the preservation
140	140	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
141	141	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
142	142	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
