148 | 148 | | under the Employment Security Ac t of 1980, with respect thereto. |

149 | 149 | | B. Upon receipt of written request by any employer who |
---|
150 | 150 | | maintains a Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan, the |
---|
151 | 151 | | Commission or its designated representative may release to that |
---|
152 | 152 | | employer information regarding weekly ben efit amounts paid its |
---|
153 | 153 | | workers during a specified te mporary layoff period, provided the |
---|
154 | 154 | | Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan requires benefit |
---|
155 | 155 | | payment information before Supplemental Unemployment Benefits can be |
---|
156 | 156 | | paid to the workers. Any information disclosed under this provision |
---|
157 | 157 | | shall be utilized so lely for the purpose outlined herein and shall |
---|
158 | 158 | | be held strictly confidential by the employer. |
---|
159 | 159 | | C. The provisions of this section shall not prevent the |
---|
160 | 160 | | Commission from disclosing the following information a nd no |
---|
161 | 161 | | liability whatsoever, civil or criminal, shal l attach to any member |
---|
162 | 162 | | of the Commission or any employee thereof for any error or omission |

---|
229 | 229 | | meets disclosure requir ements of the Commission; |

230 | 230 | | 4. The publication of st atistics so classified as to prevent |
---|
231 | 231 | | the identification of a particular report and the items thereof; |

232 | 232 | | 5. The disclosing of information or evidence to the Attorney |

233 | 233 | | General or any district attorney when the information or evidence is |

831 | 831 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021. |
