67 | 114 | individual, firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability | |

97 | 164 | fabrication or assembly of equipment or systems included in | |
98 | 165 | “premises wiring” as defined in the National Electrical Code | |

100 | 167 | hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. Electrical | |
101 | 168 | construction work includes , but is not limited to , installation of | |

118 | 211 | work that is related to or facilitates the construction, | |
119 | 212 | installation or maintenance of all or part of an electrical system, | |
120 | 213 | but which does not involve actual work with any of the electrical | |
121 | 214 | components provided in this definition ; and | |

123 | 215 | 12. “Student electrical intern ” means any person sixteen (16) | |
124 | 216 | years of age or older who complies with the requirements for | |
125 | 217 | registration under Section 1686 of this title . | |

272 | 464 | in any political subdivision of this state which has not adopted a | |
273 | 465 | nationally recognized electrical code and appointed an inspector | |
274 | 466 | pursuant to the provisions of Section 1693 of this title or p ursuant | |
275 | 467 | to the provisions of the Oklahoma Inspectors Act for such work, the | |
276 | 468 | Construction Industries Board shall have jurisdiction over such | |
