74	74	date; and declaring an emergency.

79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
81	81	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1210.190 of Title 70, unless
82	82	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
83	83	A. No child shall be required to receive any immunization as a
84	84	condition of admittan ce to any public, private or parochial school .
85	85	Such school shall not use any coercive means to compel immunization.
86	86	B. The State Department of Health may recommend, but shall not
87	87	require, a list of immunizations for children. A public, private or
88	88	parochial school may provide immunizations recommended by the
89	89	Department to a child who has not received such immunizations if the

141	141	school complies with applicable law including, but not limited to,
142	142	Section 1-116.2 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the
143	143	Parents’ Bill of Rights.
144	144	C. The appropriate authority of a public, private or paroch ial
145	145	school who violates this section shall be in violation of the
146	146	Parents’ Bill of Rights and may be punished as provided in Section
147	147	2004 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma S tatutes.
148	148	SECTION 2. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2011, Sections 1210.191,
149	149	1210.192 and 1210.193 are hereby repealed.
150	150	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021.
151	151	SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary f or the preservation
152	152	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
153	153	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
154	154	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
