68	68	wearing of face covering ; providing offense;

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3170 of Title 63, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or
80	80	political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or
81	81	indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction
82	82	to undergo any unwanted medical procedure including, but not limited
83	83	to, an immunization, to use any unwanted medical device or to wear
84	84	any face covering. A person who violates this section shall be
85	85	guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this section shall be construed
86	86	to apply to an employer, unless such employer is a state entity or
87	87	political subdivision. As used in this section, “political

141	141	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
142	142	of the public peace, health or sa fety, an emergency is hereby
143	143	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
144	144	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
