73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
75	75	Agriculture, Food, and Forestry from any monies not otherwise
76	76	appropriated from the Gen eral Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
77	77	the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred
78	78	Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be transferred to t he Urban
79	79	Gardens Grant Revolving Fund created i n Section 5-122 of Title 2 of
80	80	the Oklahoma Statutes .
81	81	SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
82	82	Historical Society from any monies not otherw ise appropriated from
83	83	the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
84	84	ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred Fi fty Thousand Dollars
85	85	($150,000.00) for the purpose of hiring a coordinator to develop
86	86	plans to create a Civil Rights Trail visitor center.

138	138	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective Jul y 1, 2021.
139	139	SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
140	140	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
141	141	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
142	142	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
