7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
7575 Agriculture, Food, and Forestry from any monies not otherwise
7676 appropriated from the Gen eral Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
7777 the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred
7878 Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be transferred to t he Urban
7979 Gardens Grant Revolving Fund created i n Section 5-122 of Title 2 of
8080 the Oklahoma Statutes .
8181 SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
8282 Historical Society from any monies not otherw ise appropriated from
8383 the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
8484 ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred Fi fty Thousand Dollars
8585 ($150,000.00) for the purpose of hiring a coordinator to develop
8686 plans to create a Civil Rights Trail visitor center.

138138 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective Jul y 1, 2021.
139139 SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
140140 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
141141 declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
142142 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
