3359 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3560 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2011, Section 353.30, as
3661 amended by Section 9, Chapter 106, O.S.L. 2018 (59 O.S. Supp. 2020,
3762 Section 353.30), is amende d to read as follows:

3963 Section 353.30. A. The use of agreements in the practice of
4064 pharmacy shall be acceptable within the rules promulgated by the
4165 State Board of Pharmacy and in consultation with the State Board of
4266 Medical Licensure and Supervision and t he State Board of Osteopathic

4595 B. The Board shall develop and prepare permanent rules relating

5098 Medical Licensure an d Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic

53100 C. A pharmacist who has completed a requisite course of
54101 training as approved by the Board in consultation with the State
55102 Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the State Board of
56103 Osteopathic Examiners may administer immunizations and therapeutic
57104 injections on orders from a licensed prescriber , and may administer
58105 immunizations that have been approved or authorized by the Food and
59106 Drug Administration without a patient -specific prescription,
60107 standing order or similar arrangement .

62108 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
63109 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
64110 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
65111 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
