8181 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
8282 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 51 O.S. 2011, Section 24A.8, as
8383 last amended by Section 2, Chapter 370, O.S.L. 2015 (51 O.S. Supp.
8484 2020, Section 24A.8), is amended to read as follows:
8585 Section 24A.8. A. Law enforcement agencies shall ma ke
8686 available for public ins pection and copying, if kept, the following
8787 records:
8888 1. An arrestee description , including the name, date of birth,
8989 address, race, sex, phy sical description, and occupation of the

144144 3. A chronological list of all incidents , including initial
145145 offense report information showing the off ense, date, time, general
146146 location, officer, and a brief summary of what occurred;
147147 4. Radio logs, including a chronological listing of the calls
148148 dispatched;
149149 5. Conviction information , including the name of any person
150150 convicted of a criminal offense;
151151 6. Disposition of all warrants , including orders signed by a
152152 judge of any court commanding a law enforcement officer to arrest a
153153 particular person;
154154 7. A crime summary, including an agency summary of crimes
155155 reported and public calls for service by classificat ion or nature
156156 and number;
157157 8. Jail registers, including jail blotter data or jail booking
158158 information recorded on pe rsons at the time of incarceration showing
159159 the name of each prisoner with the date and cause of commitment, the
160160 authority committing the pri soner, whether committed for a crimina l
161161 offense, a description of the prisoner , and the date or manner of
162162 discharge or escape of the prisoner;
163163 9. Annual reports submitted pursuant to subsection T of Section
164164 2-506 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;

217217 attached to law enforcement vehicles or associated audio record ings
218218 from recording equipment on the person of a law enforcement officer;
219219 provided, the law enforcement agency may, before releasing any aud io
220220 or video recording provided for in this paragraph, redact or obscure
221221 specific portions of the recording which:
222222 a. depict the death of a person or a dead body, unless
223223 the death was effected by a law enforcement officer,
224224 b. depict nudity,
225225 c. would identify minors under the age of sixteen (16)
226226 years or would undermine any requirement to keep
227227 certain juvenile records con fidential as provided for
228228 in Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes,
229229 d. depict acts of severe violence resulting in great
230230 bodily injury, as defi ned in Section 11-904 of Title
231231 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, against persons that are
232232 clearly visible, unless the act of severe violence was
233233 effected by a law enforcement officer,
234234 e. depict great bodily injury, as defined in Section 11 -
235235 904 of Title 47 of th e Oklahoma Statutes, unless the
236236 great bodily injury was effected by a law enforcement
237237 officer,
238238 f. include personal medical information that is not
239239 already public,

291291 g. would undermine the assertion of a privilege provided
292292 in Section 1-109 or Section 3-428 of Title 43A of the
293293 Oklahoma Statutes fo r detention or transportation for
294294 mental health evaluation or treatment or dru g or
295295 alcohol detoxification purposes,
296296 h. include personal information other than the name or
297297 license plate number of a person not arrested, cited,
298298 charged or issued a written war ning. Such personal
299299 information shall include any government-issued
300300 identification number, date of birth, address or
301301 financial information, or
302302 i. reveal the identity of law enforcement officers who
303303 have become subject to internal investigation by the
304304 law enforcement agency as a result of an event
305305 depicted in the recording. The opt ion to protect the
306306 identity of a law enforcement officer shall not be
307307 available to the law enforcement agency after the law
308308 enforcement agency has concluded the investigation and
309309 rendered a decision as to final disciplinary actio n.
310310 At such time when an in vestigation has concluded and
311311 the law enforcement agency has rendered its decision
312312 as to final disciplinary action, the portions of the
313313 recordings previously withheld as provided for in this
314314 subparagraph shall be available for pu blic inspection

367367 as provided for in this subparagraph shall be
368368 available for public inspection and copying before the
369369 conclusion of the investigation if the investigation
370370 lasts for an unreasonable amount of time; and
371371 10.
372372 11. a. Audio and video recordings from recording equipment
373373 attached to the person of a law enforcement officer
374374 that depict:
375375 (1) the use of any physi cal force or violence by a
376376 law enforcement officer,
377377 (2) pursuits of any kind,
378378 (3) traffic stops,
379379 (4) any person being arrested, cited, charged or
380380 issued a written warning,
381381 (5) events that directly led to any person being
382382 arrested, cited, charged or receivi ng a written
383383 warning,
384384 (6) detentions of any length for the purpose of
385385 investigation,
386386 (7) any exercise of authority b y a law enforcement
387387 officer that deprives a citizen of his or her

440440 (8) actions by a law enforcement officer that have
441441 become the cause of an investigation or charges
442442 being filed,
443443 (9) recordings in the public interest that may
444444 materially aid a deter mination of whether law
445445 enforcement officers are appropriately performing
446446 their duties as public servants, or
447447 (10) any contextual events occ urring before or after
448448 the events depicted in divisions (1) through (9)
449449 of this subparagraph.
450450 b. Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph a of
451451 this paragraph, the law enforcement agency may, before
452452 releasing any audio or video recording provided for in
453453 this paragraph, redact or obscure s pecific portions of
454454 the recording that:
455455 (1) depict the death of a person or a dead body,
456456 unless the death was effected by a law
457457 enforcement officer,
458458 (2) depict nudity,
459459 (3) would identify minors under the age of sixteen
460460 (16) years or would undermine any req uirement to
461461 keep certain juvenile records confident ial as
462462 provided for in Titl e 10A of the Oklahoma

591591 expected to threaten or endanger the physical
592592 safety or property of the person o r the physical
593593 safety or property of o thers,
594594 (10) undermine the assertion of a privilege to keep
595595 the identity of an informer confidential as
596596 provided for in Section 2510 of Title 12 of the
597597 Oklahoma Statutes,
598598 (11) include personal information other than the name
599599 or license plate number of a per son not
600600 officially arrested, cited, charged or issu ed a
601601 written warning. Such personal information shall
602602 include any government -issued identification
603603 number, date of birth, address or financial
604604 information,
605605 (12) include information that would materially
606606 compromise an ongoing criminal investigation or
607607 ongoing criminal prosecution, p rovided that:
608608 (a) ten (10) days following the formal
609609 arraignment or initial appearance, whichever
610610 occurs first, of a person charged in the
611611 case in question, the recording shall b e
612612 made available for public inspection and
613613 copying with no redaction of the po rtions

666666 on this division. Provided, before
667667 potential release of a recording as provided
668668 for in this subdivision, the prosecutor or
669669 legal representative of the person charged
670670 may request from the appropriate distri ct
671671 court an extension of time during which the
672672 recording may be withheld under the
673673 provisions of this division. When a request
674674 for an extension of time has been filed with
675675 the court, the recording in question may be
676676 withheld until the court has issued a
677677 ruling. Such requests for an extension of
678678 the time during which the recording may be
679679 withheld may be made on the grounds that
680680 release of the recording will materially
681681 compromise an ongoing criminal investigation
682682 or criminal prosecution or on the grounds
683683 that release of the recording will
684684 materially compromise the right of an
685685 accused to a fair trial that has yet to
686686 begin. Courts considering su ch requests
687687 shall conduct a hearing an d consider whether

741741 response to such requests, the court shall
742742 order that the recording be made available
743743 for public inspection and copying with no
744744 redaction of the portions tha t were
745745 temporarily withheld by reliance on this
746746 division or order an extension of time
747747 during which the recording may be withheld
748748 under the provisions of this division.
749749 Provided further, each such time extension
750750 shall only be ordered by the court for an
751751 additional six-month period of time or less
752752 and cumulative time extensions shal l not add
753753 up to more than eighteen (18) months, or
754754 (b) in the event that one hundred twenty (120)
755755 days expire from the date of the events
756756 depicted in the recording without any pe rson
757757 being criminally charged in the case in
758758 question and release of a recordi ng or
759759 portions of a recording have been denied on
760760 the grounds provided for in this division,
761761 an appeal of such denial may be made to the

816816 criminal charges have not been filed against
817817 a person and the recording is being withheld
818818 on the grounds provided for in this
819819 division, courts considering appeals to th e
820820 use of the provisions of this division for
821821 temporarily withholding a recordi ng shall
822822 conduct a hearing and consider whether the
823823 interests of the public outweigh the
824824 interests of the parties protected by this
825825 division. In response to such appeals, the
826826 district court shall order that the
827827 recording be made available for public
828828 inspection and copying with no redaction of
829829 the portions that were temporarily withheld
830830 by reliance on this division or order an
831831 extension of time during which the recording
832832 may be withheld under the provisions of this
833833 division. An order granting an extension of
834834 time shall be applicable to the recording
835835 against all appellants for the duration of
836836 the extension. Provided, each such time
837837 extension shall only be ordered by the

891891 time extensions shall not add up to more
892892 than three (3) years. Provided, charges
893893 being filed against a person in the case in
894894 question automatically cancels any extension
895895 of time. A new request for an extension of
896896 time following an arraignment or initial
897897 appearance may be requested by the parties
898898 on the grounds and under the terms provided
899899 for in subdivision (a) of this division.
900900 The options presented in this division to
901901 potentially withhold a recording or portions of a
902902 recording on the grounds provided for in this
903903 division shall expire in totality four (4) years
904904 after the recording was made at which time all
905905 recordings previously withheld on the grounds
906906 provided for in this division shall be made
907907 available for public inspection and c opying, or
908908 (13) reveal the identity of law enforcement officers
909909 who have become subject to internal investigation
910910 by the law enforcement agency as a result of an
911911 event depicted in the recording. The optio n to
912912 protect the identity of a law enforcement offi cer
913913 shall not be available to the law enforcement

966966 concluded the investigation and rendered a
967967 decision as to final disciplin ary action. At
968968 such time when an inve stigation has concluded and
969969 the law enforcement age ncy has rendered its
970970 decision as to final disciplinary action, the
971971 portions of the recordings previously withheld as
972972 provided for in this division shall be available
973973 for public inspection and copying. The audio and
974974 video recordings withheld on the grounds provided
975975 for in this division shall be available for
976976 public inspection and copying before the
977977 conclusion of the investigation if the
978978 investigation lasts for an unreas onable amount of
979979 time.
980980 B. Except for the records listed in subsection A of this
981981 section and those made open by othe r state or local laws, law
982982 enforcement agencies may deny access to law enforcement records
983983 except where a court finds that the public intere st or the interest
984984 of an individual outweighs the reason for denial. The provisions of
985985 this section shall not opera te to deny access to law enforcement
986986 records if such records have been previously made available to the
987987 public as provided in the Oklahoma O pen Records Act or as otherwise
988988 provided by law.

10401040 C. Nothing contained in this section im poses any new
10411041 recordkeeping requirements. Law enforcement records shall be kept
10421042 for as long as is now or may hereafter be specified by law. Absent
10431043 a legal requirement for the keeping of a law enforcement record for
10441044 a specific time period, law enforcement agencies shall maintain
10451045 their records for so long as needed for administrative purposes.
10461046 D. Registration files maintained by the Department of
10471047 Corrections pursuant t o the provisions of the Sex Offenders
10481048 Registration Act shall be made available for public inspection in a
10491049 manner to be determined by the Department.
10501050 E. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training
10511051 (C.L.E.E.T.) shall keep confidential all records it maintains
10521052 pursuant to Section 3311 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes and
10531053 deny release of records relating to a ny employed or certified full -
10541054 time officer, reserve officer, retired officer or other person;
10551055 teacher lesson plans, tests and other teaching materials; and
10561056 personal communication s concerning individual students except under
10571057 the following circumstances:
10581058 1. To verify the current certification status of any peace
10591059 officer;
10601060 2. As may be required to perform the duties imposed by Section
10611061 3311 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
10621062 3. To provide to any peace officer copies of the record s of
10631063 that peace officer upo n submitting a written request;

11171117 of any peace officer who is the subject of such investigation;
11181118 5. To provide final orders of ad ministrative proceedings where
11191119 an adverse action was taken against a peace officer; and
11201120 6. Pursuant to an order of the district court of th e State of

11931193 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2 -506, as

11961196 Section 2-506. A. Any peace officer of this state shall seize
11971197 the following property:
11981198 1. Any property described in subsection A of Section 2-503 of
11991199 this title. Such property shall be held as evidence until a
12001200 forfeiture has been declared or release ordered, except for property
12011201 described in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of subsection A of Section 2 -503
12021202 of this title, or in the case of mo ney, coins, and currency,
12031203 deposited as provided in subsection E of Section 2 -503 of this
12041204 title; provided, any money, coins and currency taken or detained
12051205 pursuant to this section may be deposited in an interest -bearing
12061206 account by or at the direction of the district attorney in the
12071207 office of the county treasurer if the district attorney determi nes
12081208 the currency is not to be held as evidence. All interest earned on
12091209 such monies shall be returned to the claimant or forfeited with the
12101210 money, coins and currency w hich was taken or detained as provided by
12111211 law;
12121212 2. Any property described in subsection B of Section 2-503 of
12131213 this title; or

12671267 B. Notice of seizure and intended forfeiture proceeding shall
12681268 be filed in the office of the c lerk of the district court for the
12691269 county wherein such property is seized and shall be given all owners
12701270 and parties in interest. Notwithstanding any other provision of
12711271 law, no filing fees shall be assessed by the cour t clerk for the
12721272 filing of any forfeitu re action.
12731273 C. Notice shall be given by the agency seeking forfeiture
12741274 according to one of the following methods:
12751275 1. Upon each owner or party in interest whose right, title or
12761276 interest is of record in the Tax Commissio n, by mailing a copy of
12771277 the notice by certified mail to the address as given upon the
12781278 records of the Tax Commission;
12791279 2. Upon each owner or party in interest whose name and address
12801280 is known to the attorney in the office of the agency prosecuting the
12811281 action to recover unpaid fines, by mailing a copy of the notice by
12821282 registered mail to the last -known address; or
12831283 3. Upon all other owners or interested parties, whose addresses
12841284 are unknown, but who are believed to have an interest in the
12851285 property, by one public ation in a newspaper of general circul ation
12861286 in the county where the seizure was made.
12871287 D. Within forty-five (45) days after the mailing or publication
12881288 of the notice, the owner of the property and any other party in

13411341 property described in the notice of seizure and of the intended
13421342 forfeiture proceeding.
13431343 E. If at the end of forty -five (45) days after the notice has
13441344 been mailed or published there is no verified answer on file, the
13451345 court shall hear evidence upon the fact of the unlawfu l use and
13461346 shall order the property forfeited to the state, if such fact is
13471347 proved. Except as otherwise provided for in Section 2 -503 of this
13481348 title, any such property shall be forfeited to the state and sold
13491349 under judgment of the court pursuant to the prov isions of Section 2-
13501350 508 of this title.
13511351 F. If a verified answer is filed, the forfeiture proceeding
13521352 shall be set for hearing.
13531353 G. At a hearing in a proceeding against property described in
13541354 paragraphs 3 through 9 of sub section A or subsections B and C of
13551355 Section 2-503 of this title, the requirements set for th in said the
13561356 paragraph or subsection, respectively, shall be satisfied by the
13571357 state by a preponderance of the evidence.
13581358 H. The claimant of any right, titl e, or interest in the
13591359 property may prove a lien, mortgage, or conditional sales contract
13601360 to be a bona fide or innocent ownersh ip interest and that such
13611361 right, title, or interest was created without any knowledge or
13621362 reason to believe that the property was being, or w as to be, used
13631363 for the purpose charged .

14151415 I. In the event of such proof, the court shall o rder the
14161416 property released to the bona fide or innocent owner, lien holder,
14171417 mortgagee or vendor if the amount due him is equal to, or in excess
14181418 of, the value of the pr operty as of the date of the seizure, it
14191419 being the intention of this section to forfeit o nly the right, title
14201420 or interest of the purchaser.
14211421 J. If the amount due to such person is less than the value of
14221422 the property, or if no bona fide claim is established , the property
14231423 shall be forfeited to t he state and sold under judgment of the
14241424 court, as provided for in Section 2 -508 of this title, except as
14251425 otherwise provided for in Section 2 -503 of this title.
14261426 K. Property taken or detained under this section shall no t be
14271427 repleviable, but shall be deemed to be in the custody of the office
14281428 of the district attorney of the county wher ein the property was
14291429 seized, subject only to the orders and decrees of the court or the
14301430 official having jurisdiction thereof; said the official shall
14311431 maintain a true and accurate inventory and record of all such
14321432 property seized under the provisions of this section. The
14331433 provisions of this subsection shall not apply to property taken or
14341434 detained by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dan gerous
14351435 Drugs Control, the Department o f Public Safety, the Oklahoma State
14361436 Bureau of Investigation, the Alcoholic Bev erage Laws Enforcement
14371437 Commission, the Department of Corrections or the Office of the

14901490 Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control, the Department of
14911491 Public Safety, the Oklahoma State B ureau of Investigation, the
14921492 Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, the Department of
14931493 Corrections or the Office of the Attorney Gene ral shall be subject
14941494 to the provisions of subsections E and F of Section 2 -503 of this
14951495 title.
14961496 L. The proceeds of th e sale of any property not taken or
14971497 detained by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous
14981498 Drugs Control, the Department of Public Safety, the Oklahoma State
14991499 Bureau of Investigation, the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcem ent
15001500 Commission, the Departm ent of Corrections or the Office of the
15011501 Attorney General shall be distributed as follows, in the order
15021502 indicated:
15031503 1. To the bona fide or in nocent purchaser, conditional sales
15041504 vendor or mortgagee of the property, if any, up to th e amount of his
15051505 or her interest in the property, when the court declaring the
15061506 forfeiture orders a distribution to such person;
15071507 2. To the payment of the actual expense s of preserving the
15081508 property and legitimate costs related to the civil forfeiture
15091509 proceedings. For purposes of this paragraph, the term “legitimate
15101510 costs” shall not include court costs associated with any civil
15111511 forfeiture proceeding; and
15121512 3. The balance to a revolving fund in the office of th e county

15661566 controlled dangerous substances laws, drug abuse prevention and drug
15671567 abuse education, and maintained by the district at torney in his or
15681568 her discretion for those purposes with a yearly accounting to the
15691569 board of county commissioners in whose county the fund is
15701570 established and to the District Attorneys Council; provided, one
15711571 hundred percent (100%) of the balance of the proce eds of such sale
15721572 of property forfeited due to nonpa yment of a fine imposed pur suant
15731573 to the provisions of Section 2 -415 of this title shall be
15741574 apportioned as provided in Section 2 -416 of this title. The
15751575 revolving fund shall be audited by the State Auditor and Inspector
15761576 at least every two (2) years in the m anner provided in Section 1 71
15771577 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Said The audit shall include,
15781578 but not be limited to, a compliance audit. A district attorney may
15791579 enter into agreements with municipal, tribal, county or state
15801580 agencies to return to such an agency a percentage of p roceeds of the
15811581 sale of any property seized by the agency and forfeited under the
15821582 provisions of this section. The District Attorneys Council shall
15831583 adopt guidelines which ensure t hat such agencies receive a
15841584 reasonable percentage o f such proceeds, considerin g the relative
15851585 contribution of each agency to the drug enforcement and prosecution
15861586 operations relating to the seizure. In formulating said the
15871587 guidelines, the District Attorneys Council shall examine federal
15881588 guidelines on asset distribution and use said the guidelines as a

16401640 basis for establishing guidelines for this state. The Attorney
16411641 General is hereby authorized to mediate disputes between district
16421642 attorneys and such agencies c oncerning the application of said the
16431643 guidelines in particular instances. Any agency that receives
16441644 proceeds from an asset distribution shall maintain a true and
16451645 accurate record of all such assets.
16461646 M. Whenever any veh icle, airplane or vessel is forfeited under
16471647 the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances A ct, the district court
16481648 of jurisdiction may order that the vehicle, airplane or vessel
16491649 seized may be retained by the state, county or city law enforcement
16501650 agency which seized the vehicle, airplane or vessel for its official
16511651 use.
16521652 N. If the court finds that the state failed to satisfy the
16531653 required showing provided for in subsection G of this section, the
16541654 court shall order the property released to the owner or owners.
16551655 O. Except as provided for in subsection Q of this section, a
16561656 bona fide or innocent owner, li en holder, mortgagee or ven dor that
16571657 recovers property pursuant to this section shall not be liable for
16581658 storage fees.
16591659 P. Except as provided for in subsection Q of this section,
16601660 storage fees shall be paid b y the agency which is processing the
16611661 seizure and forfeiture from funds generat ed by seizure and
16621662 forfeiture actions.

17141714 Q. The bona fide or innocent owner, lien holder, mortgagee or

17161716 of written notice from the seizing agency. If such person fails to
17171717 reclaim the property within the thirty -day time period, then storage
17181718 fees may be assessed against their secured interest.
17191719 R. 1. At any hearing held relevant to this section, a report
17201720 of the findings of the laboratory of the Oklahoma State Bureau of
17211721 Investigation, the medi cal examiner’s report of investigation or
17221722 autopsy report, or a laboratory report from a forensic laboratory
17231723 operated by the State of Oklahom a or any political subdivision
17241724 thereof, which has been made available to the accused by t he office
17251725 of the district attorney or other party to the forfeiture at least
17261726 five (5) days prior to the hearing, with reference to all or part of
17271727 the evidence submitte d, when certified as correct by the pe rsons
17281728 making the report shall be received as eviden ce of the facts and
17291729 findings stated, if relevant and otherwise admissible in evidence.
17301730 If such report is deemed relevant by the forfeiture applicant or the
17311731 respondent, the court shall admit such report wi thout the testimony
17321732 of the person making the report , unless the court, pursuan t to this
17331733 subsection, orders such person to appear.
17341734 2. When any alleged controlled dangerous substance has been
17351735 submitted to the laboratory of the OSBI for analysis, and such
17361736 analysis shows that the submitted material is a contr olled dangerous
17371737 substance, the distribution of which constitutes a felony under the

17901790 to any other person or laboratory except to the crimin al justice
17911791 agency originally submitting the substan ce to the OSBI for analysis ,
17921792 absent an order of a district court. The defendant shall
17931793 additionally be required to submit to the court a procedure for
17941794 transfer and analysis of the subject material to ensur e the
17951795 integrity of the sample and to prevent the ma terial from being used
17961796 in any illegal manner.
17971797 3. The court, upon motion of either party, shall order the
17981798 attendance of any person preparing a report submitted as evid ence in
17991799 the hearing when it appears th ere is a substantial likelihood that
18001800 material evidence not contained in said the report may be produced
18011801 by the testimony of any person having prepared a report. The
18021802 hearing shall be held and, if sustained, an order is sued not less
18031803 than five (5) days prior to the time when the testimony shall be
18041804 required.
18051805 4. If within five (5) days prior to the hearing or during a
18061806 hearing, a motion is made pursuant to this section requiring a
18071807 person having prepared a report to testify, the court may hear a
18081808 report or other evidence but shall continue the hearing until such
18091809 time notice of the motion a nd hearing is given to the person making
18101810 the report, the motion is heard, and, if sustained, the testimony
18111811 ordered can be given.

18631863 S. In any forfeiture proceeding under this chapt er in which the
18641864 defendant or claimant prevails, the court may order the plaint iff
18651865 processing the seizure and forfeiture to pay from funds generated by
18661866 seizure and forfeiture actions:
18671867 1. Reasonable attorney fees and ot her litigation costs
18681868 reasonably incurred by the defendant or claimant directly related to
18691869 the claim on which the def endant or claimant prevailed;
18701870 2. Postjudgment interest; and
18711871 3. In cases involving currency or other negotiable instruments:
18721872 a. interest actually paid to the state from the date of
18731873 seizure or arrest of the property that resulted from
18741874 the investment of the property in an interest -bearing
18751875 account or instrument, and
18761876 b. an imputed amount of interest that such currency,
18771877 instruments, or proceeds wo uld have earned at the rate
18781878 applicable to the thirty-day Treasury Bill, for any
18791879 period during which no interest was paid, not
18801880 including any period when the property reasonably was
18811881 in use as evidence in an official proceeding or in
18821882 conducting scientific tes ts for the purpose of
18831883 collecting evidence, commencing fifteen (15) days
18841884 after the property was seized by a law enfor cement
18851885 agency or was turned over to a law enforcement agency
18861886 by a federal law enforcement authority.

19401940 identifying the property seized and the disposition of such property
19411941 to the Governor, the President Pro Tempore and the Chair of the
19421942 Public Safety Committee of the Senate, the Speaker and the Chair of
19431943 the Public Safety Committee of the House of Represent atives and the
19441944 Office of the State Auditor and Inspector. All reports and data
19451945 submitted pursuant to this subsection shall be published as a data
19461946 feed on the data.ok. gov website.
19471947 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 20 21.
