75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new sectio n of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state e ntity or
80	80	political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or
81	81	indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction
82	82	to receive any immunization. No person shall be punished through
83	83	any means including, but not limited to, a monetary f ine for such
84	84	person’s refusal to receive any immuni zation. Additionally, no
85	85	state entity or political subdivision , or employee or agent thereof,
86	86	shall inquire into a person ’s immunization status or disclose any
87	87	details of the person’s immunization status to any person or entity.

139	139	As used in this section, “political subdivision ” means a county,
140	140	city, town, school district or other local governmental or public
141	141	entity located within this state.
142	142	SECTION 2. It being immediately neces sary for the preservation
143	143	of the public peace, health or safet y, an emergency is hereby
144	144	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
145	145	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
