8989 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
9090 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 44 O.S. 2011, Section 235, is
9191 amended to read as follows:
9292 Section 235. There is hereby created the 45th Infantry Division
9393 Oklahoma National Guard Museum, to be under the supervision of the
9494 Adjutant General. The Adjutant General may appoint an Executive

146146 Director to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the
147147 museum and perform other duties as requested by the Adjutant
148148 General. Appropriate state agencies are directed to make available,
149149 for display of items of historical significance and necessary space
150150 for administration, the buildings presently occupie d by the Oklahoma
151151 Military Department Military Department of the State of Oklahoma ,
152152 located in the vicinity of 36th Street and North Eastern in Oklahom a
153153 City, Oklahoma. The building herein referred to shall be ma de
154154 available by the Adjutant General as soon as same is no longer
155155 needed by and is vacat ed by the Oklahoma Military Department
156156 Military Department of the State of Oklahoma . The Executive
157157 Director, subject to the approval of the Adjutant General, may lease
158158 to the 45th Infantry Division Association, for perio ds not exceeding
159159 one (1) year and with provisions f or renewal from year to year, an
160160 area to be used as a gift shop, if the lease does not int erfere with
161161 its use by the 45th Infantry Division Oklahoma National Guard
162162 Museum. The proceeds of the sales from t he gift shop shall remain
163163 with the 45th Infantry Division Association for operat ing purposes.
164164 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 44 O.S. 2011, Section 235.1, as
165165 amended by Section 156, Chapt er 304, O.S.L. 2012 (44 O.S. Supp.
166166 2020, Section 235.1), is amended to read as follows:
167167 Section 235.1. There is hereby created in t he State Treasury a
168168 special fund to be known as the “45th Infantry Division Museum
169169 Fund”, which fund shall consist of donat ions received for operation

221221 and maintenance of the mus eum and monies received from the sale of
222222 Armed Forces Veterans Motorcycle Licen se Plates pursuant to Section
223223 1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklah oma Statutes. Said The fund shall be
224224 a continuing fund not su bject to fiscal year limitations and shall
225225 be under the administrative direction of the Oklahoma Military
226226 Department Military Department of the State of Oklahoma .
227227 Expenditures from the fund created by this section shall be used
228228 exclusively for expenses of operation and maintenance of the 45th
229229 Infantry Division Oklahoma National Guard Museum and shall be made
230230 pursuant to the laws of this state and without legislative
231231 appropriation. Warrants for expenditures from said the fund shall
232232 be drawn by the State Tr easurer, based on claims signed by an
233233 authorized employee of the department and approved for payment by
234234 the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
235235 SECTION 3. AMENDATORY 44 O.S. 2011, Section 235.2, as
236236 amended by Section 157, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (44 O.S. Su pp.
237237 2020, Section 235.2), is amended to read as follows:
238238 Section 235.2. The Adjutant General of Oklahoma is hereby
239239 authorized to accept gifts for and on behalf of the state of
240240 military artifacts, milit ary books and maps and materials, supplies
241241 and equipment which support the construction and operation of the
242242 museum which have been or may be specific ally donated to the 45th
243243 Infantry Division Oklahoma National Guard Museum.

295295 The Executive Director of the 45th Infantry Division Oklahoma
296296 National Guard Museum is directed to maintain and preserve
297297 appropriate records for all such gifts made to the museum.
298298 Upon declaring that certain military a rtifacts or military books
299299 and maps belonging to the 45th Infantry Division Oklahoma National
300300 Guard Museum are surplus to t he needs of the museum, the Executive
301301 Director of the 45th Infantry Divisi on Oklahoma National Guard
302302 Museum is authorized to effect a n exchange of the same on an
303303 equitable basis for military artifacts o r military books and maps
304304 needed by the museum with th e approval of the Office of Management
305305 and Enterprise Services.
306306 SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2011, Section 1135.5, as
307307 last amended by Section 3, Chapte r 434, O.S.L. 2019 (47 O.S . Supp.
308308 2020, Section 1135.5), is amended to read as follows:
309309 Section 1135.5. A. The Oklahoma Tax Commission is hereby
310310 authorized to design and iss ue appropriate official special license
311311 plates to persons wishing to demonstr ate support and provide
312312 financial assistance as provided by this section.
313313 Special license plates shall not be transferred to any other
314314 person but shall be removed from the vehicle upon transfer of
315315 ownership and retained. The special license plate may then be used
316316 on another vehicle bu t only after such other vehicle has been
317317 registered for the current year with a motor license agent.

369369 Special license plate s shall be renewed each yea r by the Tax
370370 Commission or a motor license agent, unless authorized by the Ta x
371371 Commission to be renewed for a period greater than one (1) year.
372372 The Tax Commission shall notify by mail all persons issued special
373373 license plates. The notice shall contain al l necessary information
374374 and shall contain instructions for the renewal proced ure upon
375375 presentation to a mot or license agent or the Tax Commission. The
376376 license plates shall be issued on a staggered system.
377377 The Tax Commission is h ereby directed to develop a nd implement a
378378 system whereby motor license agents are permitted to accept
379379 applications for special license plates authorized under this
380380 section. The motor li cense agent shall confirm the applicant ’s
381381 eligibility, if applicable, collect and deposit any amo unt
382382 specifically authorized by law, accept and process the necessary
383383 information directly into such system and generate a receipt
384384 accordingly. For performance of these duties, motor license agents
385385 shall retain the fee provided i n Section 1141.1 of this ti tle for
386386 registration of a motor vehicle. The motor license agent fees for
387387 acceptance of applications and r enewals shall be paid out of the
388388 Oklahoma Tax Commission Reimbursement Fund.
389389 If fewer than one hundred of any type of spec ial license plates
390390 authorized prior to January 1, 2004, are issued prior to January 1,
391391 2006, the Tax Commission shall discontinue issu ance and renewal of
392392 that type of special license pla te. Any such authorized special

444444 license plate registrant shall be all owed to display the license
445445 plate upon the designated vehicle until the registration expiration
446446 date. After such time the expired spe cial license plate shall be
447447 removed from the vehicle .
448448 For special license plates authorized on or after July 1, 2004,
449449 no special license plates shall be developed or issued by the Tax
450450 Commission until the Commission receives o ne hundred prepaid
451451 applications therefor. The prepaid applications must be receiv ed by
452452 the Tax Commission within one hundred eighty (180) days of the
453453 effective date of the author ization or the authority to issue shall
454454 be null and void. In the event one h undred prepaid applications ar e
455455 not received by the Tax Commission within such pre scribed time
456456 period any payment so received shall be refunded accordin gly.
457457 B. The special licens e plates provided by this section are as
458458 follows:
459459 1. University or College S upporter License Plate - such plates
460460 shall be designed and issued to any person wi shing to demonstrate
461461 support to any state -supported or private univers ity or college. As
462462 provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be
463463 apportioned as provided in Section 1104.1 of thi s title;
464464 2. Environmental Awareness License Plate - such plates shall be
465465 designed, subject to the criteria to be presente d to the Tax
466466 Commission by the Department of Environmental Quality in
467467 consultation with the Oklahoma Art s Council, and issued to any

519519 person wishing to demonstrate support to implement th e statewide
520520 general public environmental education program created pur suant to
521521 the provisions of the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code. Such
522522 plates shall be designed and i ssued to any person in any com bination
523523 of numbers and letters from one to a maximu m of seven, as for
524524 personalized license plates. A dealer ’s license plate issued
525525 pursuant to Section 1116.1 or 1128 of this title may be designated
526526 an Environmental Awareness License Plate upon payment of the fee
527527 imposed by this section and any other regis tration fees required by
528528 the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act. As provided in
529529 this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be apportioned
530530 pursuant to Section 1104.2 of this title;
531531 3. Firefighter License Plate - such plates shall be des igned
532532 for any career or retired firefighter, volunteer or paid.
533533 Firefighters may apply for firef ighter plates for up to four
534534 vehicles with a rated capacity of one (1) ton or less or for a
535535 motorcycle upon proof of a fire department membership by either an
536536 identification card or letter from the chief of the fire department.
537537 Retirees who are eligible f or such plates shall provide proof of
538538 eligibility upon initial application, b ut shall not be required to
539539 provide proof of eligibility annually. The surviving spouse of any
540540 deceased firefighter, if the spouse has not since remarr ied, may
541541 apply for a firefighter license plate for one vehicle with a rated
542542 carrying capacity of one (1) ton or less or for a motorcyc le upon

594594 proof that the deceased firefighter was a me mber of a fire
595595 department by either an identification card or letter f rom the chief
596596 of the fire department. The license plate shall be designed in
597597 consultation with the Okla homa Firefighters Association.
598598 As provided in this section, an amount of the fee c ollected
599599 shall be deposited to the Oklahoma State Firemen ’s Museum Building &
600600 Memorial Fund for support of the Oklahoma Firefighters Museum and
601601 the Oklahoma Fallen and Living Firefighters Memorial;
602602 4. Wildlife Conservation License Plate - such plates shall be
603603 designed, subject to the criteria to be presented to the Tax
604604 Commission by the Oklahoma Depa rtment of Wildlife Conservation in
605605 consultation with the Oklahoma Arts Counci l, and issued to any
606606 person wishing to demonstrate support for wildlife conservati on in
607607 this state through the Wildlife Diversity Fund, provided for in
608608 Section 3-310 of Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Such plates may
609609 be designed and issued to any perso n as for personalized license
610610 plates.
611611 As provided in this section, an amount of th e fee collected
612612 shall be apportioned pursuant to subsection D of Secti on 3-310 of
613613 Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
614614 5. Child Abuse Prevention License Plate - such plates shall be
615615 designed, subject to th e criteria to be presented to the Tax
616616 Commission by the Office of Child Abuse Prevention in the State
617617 Department of Health and the Oklahoma Committee to Prevent Child

671671 As provided in this section, an amount of t he fee collected
672672 shall be deposited in the Child Abuse Prevention Fund ;
673673 6. United States Olympic Committee Supporter License Plate -
674674 such plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to
675675 demonstrate support for the United States Olympic Commit tee. The
676676 plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of n umbers
677677 and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized
678678 license plates. The plate shall contain the official United St ates
679679 Olympic Committee logo. The Tax Commission sha ll be authorized, if
680680 necessary, to enter into a licensing agreement wi th the United
681681 States Olympic Committee for any licensing fees which may be
682682 required in order to use the United States Olympic Committe e logo or
683683 design. The licensing agreement shall pro vide for a payment of not
684684 more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for e ach license plate
685685 issued;
686686 7. Oklahoma History License Plate - such plates shall be
687687 designed and issued to any person wishing to demon strate interest in
688688 Oklahoma history. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee
689689 collected shall be deposited to th e Oklahoma Historical Socie ty
690690 Revolving Fund to be used for educational purposes;
691691 8. Historic Route 66 License Plate - such:

744744 Route 66, also known as the “Mother Road”. As
745745 provided in this section, an amount of the fee
746746 collected for each vehicle license plate shall be
747747 apportioned to the Oklahoma Historic al Society
748748 Revolving Fund to be distributed to the Route 66
749749 Museum located in Clin ton, Oklahoma, and
750750 b. motorcycle plates shall be designed in consultat ion
751751 with the Oklahoma Route 66 Association, Inc. The
752752 Oklahoma Tax Commission shall be authorized to ent er
753753 into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Route 66
754754 Association, Inc., for an y licensing fees which may be
755755 required in order to use the Oklahoma Ro ute 66
756756 Association, Inc., l ogo or design. The licensing
757757 agreement shall provide for a payment to the Ok lahoma
758758 Route 66 Association, I nc., of not more than Twenty
759759 Dollars ($20.00) for ea ch motorcycle license plate
760760 issued;
761761 9. Heart of the Heartland License Plate - such plates shall be
762762 designed and issued to any person wishing to honor the victims of
763763 the terrorist bombing attack on the Al fred P. Murrah Federal
764764 Building in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. As provided
765765 in this section, an amount of th e fee collected shall be de posited

818818 Section 2282 of Title 70 of the O klahoma Statutes;
819819 10. Emergency Medical Technician License Plate - such plates
820820 shall be designed and issued to any person who is an emergency
821821 medical technician. Such persons may apply for an emergency medical
822822 technician license plate for each vehicle wi th a rated carrying
823823 capacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of an emergency medical
824824 technician’s license. The license plate shall be designed in
825825 consultation with the state association of emergency medical
826826 technicians. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee
827827 collected shall be apportioned to the Emergency Medical Personnel
828828 Death Benefit Revolving Fund created i n Section 1-2505.2 of Title 63
829829 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
830830 11. Fight Breast Cancer License Plate - such plates shall be
831831 designed to demonstrate support for the prevention and treatment of
832832 breast cancer in this state. As provided in this section, an amount
833833 of the fee collected shall be apportioned to the Breast Cancer Act
834834 Revolving Fund;
835835 12. Crime Victims Aw areness License Plate - such plates shall
836836 be designed and issued to any person wis hing to demonstrate
837837 awareness of and support for victims of crimes. T he license plates
838838 shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Crime Victims
839839 Centre. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected
840840 shall be apportioned to the Attor ney General’s Revolving Fund for

893893 such funds to contract with a statewide nonprofit organization to
894894 provide services to crime victims;
895895 13. Oklahoma Safe Kids Association License Plate - such plates
896896 shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demons trate
897897 support and awareness of the Oklahoma Safe Kids Association. The
898898 license plate shall be designed in consultation with the Oklah oma
899899 Safe Kids Association. As provided in this sect ion, an amount of
900900 the fee collected shall be deposited in the Children ’s Hospital -
901901 Oklahoma Safe Kids Association Revolving Fund to be distributed to
902902 the Oklahoma Safe Kids Association program;
903903 14. Four-H Club License Plate – such plates shall be designe d,
904904 subject to criteria to be presented to the Tax Commission by the
905905 Four-H Foundation, and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate
906906 support of the Four-H Club. Such plates may be designed and issued
907907 to any person as for personalized license plates. As provided in
908908 this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be app ortioned to
909909 the OSU Extension Service License Plate Revolving Fund created in
910910 Section 1104.4 of this tit le;
911911 15. Agricultural Awarenes s License Plate – such plates shall be
912912 designed, subject to criteria to be presented to the Tax Commission,
913913 by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture , Food, and Forestry in
914914 consultation with the Oklahoma Arts Council, and issu ed to any

974974 Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration C ommission. As
975975 provided in this section, an amount o f the fee collected shall be
976976 deposited in the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial
977977 Commemoration Commission Revolving Fund created in Section 98.5 of
978978 Title 73 of the Oklah oma Statutes;
979979 17. Support Education License Plate – such plates shall be
980980 designed, subject to criteria to be presented to the Tax Commission
981981 by the State Department of Education in consultation with the
982982 Oklahoma Arts Council, and issued to any person wish ing to
983983 demonstrate support for education in this state. All motor license
984984 agents shall display a sample of the Support Education License plate
985985 in the area of the business accesse d by the public. Twenty -three
986986 Dollars ($23.00) of the fee collected shall be apportioned as

10571057 legend “Oklahoma” and shall contain, in the center of the plate, the
10581058 Highway Patrol Officers patch using the same colors and pattern a s
10591059 used in the patch. Centered on the bottom of the license plate
10601060 shall be the word “Retired”. The letters “TRP” shall be used in
10611061 combination with thre e numbers on either side of the insignia or
10621062 emblem. The color of the letters and numbers shall be brown .
10631063 Retirees who are eligible f or such plates shall provide proof of
10641064 eligibility upon initial application, but shall not be required to

11271127 a maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. The plate
11281128 shall contain the official Boy Scouts of A merica logo. The Tax
11291129 Commission shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a
11301130 licensing agreement wit h the Boy Scouts of America for any licensing
11311131 fees which may be required in order to use the Boy Scouts of America
11321132 logo or design. The licensing agr eement shall provide for a payment
11331133 to the Boy Scouts of America of not more t han Twenty Dollars
11341134 ($20.00) for each license plate issued;
11351135 20. Urban Forestry and Beautification License Plate – such
11361136 plates shall be designed, subject to criteria to be presente d to the
11371137 Tax Commission, by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and
11381138 Forestry in consultation with nonprofit organizations in this state

12001200 collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation
12011201 Department Revolving Fund. Such money shall be des ignated for and
12021202 may only be expended for the support of Oklahoma state parks;
12031203 22. Adoption Creates Families License Plate – such plates shall
12041204 be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support of pregnant
12051205 women who are committed to placing their child ren for adoption and
12061206 wishing to provide assistance t o guardians, adoptive parents and
12071207 other created families to assist in the adoption and placement of
12081208 children in permanent, safe homes. The license plates shall be
12091209 designed and final terminology delivered in consultation with the
12101210 Oklahoma Adoption Coalitio n and the Department of Human Services.
12111211 Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) of the fee collected shall be deposited

12751275 24. Future Farmers of America Lic ense Plate – such plates shall
12761276 be designed and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for
12771277 the Oklahoma FFA (formerly known a s Future Farmers of America). The
12781278 license plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma
12791279 FFA Foundation Board of Directors. As provided in this section, an
12801280 amount of the fee collected shall be apportioned as prov ided in
12811281 Section 1104.7 of this title;
12821282 25. Lions Club License Plate – such plates shall be designed
12831283 and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the Lions
12841284 Club of Oklahoma. The plates shall be issued to any person in any
12851285 combination of numbers and letters from one to a max imum of seven,
12861286 as for personalized license plates. The license plates shall be
12871287 designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Lions Service Foundation

13531353 27. Girl Scouts of the Uni ted States of America Supporter
13541354 License Plate - such plates shall be designed and issued to any
13551355 person wishing to demonstr ate support for the Girl Sc outs of the
13561356 United States of America. The plates shall be issued to any pers on
13571357 in any combination of numbe rs and letters from one to a maximum of
13581358 seven, as for personalized license plates. The plate shall contain
13591359 the official Girl Scouts of the United St ates of America logo. The
13601360 Tax Commission shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a

14241424 agreement with the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon for any licensing
14251425 fees which may be required in order to use the Oklahoma City
14261426 Memorial Marathon lo go or design. The licensin g agreement shall
14271427 provide for a payment to the Oklahoma City Memorial Maratho n of not
14281428 more than Twenty Doll ars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;
14291429 29. Oklahoma Scenic Rivers License Plate – such plates shall be
14301430 designed to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers. The
14311431 plates shall be designed in consultation with th e Oklahoma Scenic
14321432 Rivers Commission. Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) of the fee shal l be
14331433 apportioned to the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission;
14341434 30. Fight Cancer License Plate – such plates shall be designed
14351435 to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma Central Can cer Registry.
14361436 The plate shall contain the American Cancer Society logo. The

18031803 design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to
18041804 Folds of Honor Incorporated of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each
18051805 license plate issued. Subject to the provisions of subsection A of
18061806 this section, the Folds of Hon or Supporter License Plate is hereby
18071807 reauthorized effective November 1, 2019;
18081808 41. Downed Bikers Associatio n License Plate - such plates shall
18091809 be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support
18101810 for the Downed Bikers Association, a nonprofi t charitable
18111811 organization exempt from taxation pursuant to the provisions of the
18121812 Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C., Section 501(c)(3), which provides

18771877 (ABATE), and issued to any honorably discharged former member of the
18781878 United States Armed Forces wi shing to demonstrate support for the
18791879 45th Infantry Division Oklahoma National Guard Museum. Persons
18801880 applying for such license plate must show proof of past mi litary
18811881 service. As provided in this section, a portion of the fee
18821882 collected shall be deposited i n the 45th Infantry Division Museum
18831883 Fund created in Section 235.1 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma Statute s;
18841884 43. Buffalo Soldier License Plate - such plates shall be issued
18851885 to any person wishing to honor and celebrate the history and
18861886 contribution of the Buffal o Soldiers. The license plates shall be
18871887 designed in consultation with the Lawton -Fort Sill Chapter of the
18881888 Buffalo Soldiers 9th and 10th (Horse) Cavalry Associ ation. As

19511951 45. Oklahoma State Capitol Restoration License Plate - such
19521952 plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to
19531953 demonstrate support for restoration of the Oklahoma State Capitol
19541954 building. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with
19551955 the Friends of the Capitol corporation, created pursuant to Section
19561956 15.4 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the State Capi tol
19571957 Preservation Commission created pursuant to Section 4102 of Title 74
19581958 of the Oklahoma Statutes . As provided in this section, an amount of

34363436 90. Extraordinary Educators License Plate – such plates shall
34373437 be designed and issued to any person wishing to provide f inancial
34383438 support for common education in Oklahoma. Such plates shall be
34393439 designed in consultation with the State Department of E ducation.
34403440 The plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of
34413441 numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for
34423442 personalized plates. As provided in this section, an amount of the
34433443 fee collected shall be deposited in the Extraordinary E ducators
34443444 License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1 104.32 of this
34453445 title;
34463446 91. Former Oklahoma Legislator License Plate - such plates
34473447 shall be designed and issued to any person who previously served as
34483448 a member of the Oklahoma House of Representative s or Oklahoma State
34493449 Senate. The license plates shall be d esigned in consultation with
34503450 the Oklahoma Historical Society. As prov ided in this section, an
34513451 amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma
34523452 Historical Society Capital Improvement a nd Operations Revolving Fund
34533453 created in Section 1.10a of T itle 53 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The
34543454 Tax Commission shall create and maintain a list of former members of
34553455 the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Oklahoma State Senate
34563456 eligible to be issued such plates; provided, that no former member
34573457 of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Oklahoma State Senate
34583458 shall be eligible to possess more than two of s uch plates at any one

35193519 into a licensing agreement with the Nature Conser vancy of Oklahoma
35203520 for any licensing fees which may be requ ired in order to use the
35213521 foundation’s logo or design. The licensing a greement shall provide
35223522 for a payment to the Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma of not more than
35233523 Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each lic ense plate issued;
35243524 93. Oklahoma Tennis Foundation License Plate – such plates
35253525 shall be designed and issued to any person wishin g to demonstrate
35263526 support for the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation. The license plates
35273527 shall be designed in consultation with the Okla homa Tennis
35283528 Foundation. The Tax Commission shall be autho rized to enter into a
35293529 licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Tennis Fou ndation for any
35303530 licensing fees which may be required in order to use the
35313531 foundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement s hall provide
35323532 for a payment to the Oklahoma Tennis Foundati on of not more than

35953595 95. Oklahoma Women Veterans Orga nization License Plate – such
35963596 plates shall be designed and issued to a ny female veteran of any
35973597 branch of the United States Armed Forces wishing to demonstrate
35983598 support for the Oklahoma Women Veterans Organization. The license
35993599 plates shall be designed in co nsultation with the Oklahoma Women
36003600 Veterans Organization. The Tax Com mission shall be authorized to
36013601 enter into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Women Veterans
36023602 Organization for any licensing fees which may be required in order
36033603 to use the organizatio n’s logo or design. The licensing agreement
36043604 shall provide for a payme nt to the Oklahoma Women Ve terans

36783678 98. Historic Greenwood District License Plate – such plates
36793679 shall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for t he
36803680 Historic Greenwood District Juneteenth Festival held in the Histori c

37363736 Chamber of Commerce. Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) of the fee
37373737 collected shall be deposited in the Historic Gre enwood
37383738 District/Juneteenth Festival Revolving Fund establi shed in Section 5
37393739 of this act. Two Dollars ($2.00) of the fee collect ed shall be
37403740 deposited in the Public School Classroom Support Revolving Fund, for
37413741 expenditure as provided in Section 1 -123 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma
37423742 Statutes.
37433743 C. The fee for such plate s shall be Thirty-five Dollars
37443744 ($35.00) per year of renewal and shall be in addition to all other
37453745 registration fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle License and
37463746 Registration Act. The fee shall be a pportioned as follows:
37473747 1. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per yea r of renewal or any other
37483748 amount as provided in this title of the fee shall be apportioned as
37493749 provided or deposited in a fund as specified within the paragraph
37503750 authorizing the special license plate;
37513751 2. Eight Dollars ($8.00) per year of renewal of the fee shall
37523752 be deposited in the Oklahoma Tax Commission Reimbursement Fund t o be
37533753 used for the administr ation of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and
37543754 Registration Act; and
37553755 3. Any remaining amounts of the fee shall be apportioned as
37563756 provided in Section 1104 of this t itle.
