3965 An Act relating to discrimination; prohibit ing

4773 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4874 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4975 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1460 of Title 25, unless there
5076 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5177 No person shall be discriminated against on the basis of their
5278 vaccination or immunity status by any public accommodation by:
5379 1. Providing any disposition, service, financial aid or benefit
5480 to an individual which is different, or is provided in a different
5581 manner, from that provided to other members of the general public;
5682 2. Subjecting any individual to segregation or separate
5783 treatment in any matter related to that individual ’s receipt of any
5884 disposition, service, financial aid or benefit provided to other
5985 members of the general public;
60-3. Restricting an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any
61-advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any disposition,

137+3. Restricting an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any
138+advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any disposition,
89139 service, financial aid or benefit provided to other members of the
90140 general public;
91141 4. Treating an individual differently from others in
92142 determining whether that indi vidual satisfies any admission,
93143 enrollment, quota, eligibility, membership or other requirement or
94144 condition which individuals must meet in order to be provided any
95145 disposition, service, financial aid, function or benefit available
96146 to other members of the general public; or
97147 5. Denying an individual an opportun ity to participate in a
98148 program through the provisi on of service or otherwise afford that
99149 individual an opportunity to do so which is different from that
100150 afforded to other members of the general publi c.
101151 SECTION 2. It being immediately nece ssary for the preservation
102152 of the public peace, hea lth or safety, an emergency is hereby
103153 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104154 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
