41	67		basis of vaccination or immunity statu s; providing

47	73		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
48	74		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
49	75		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1460 of Title 25, unless there
50	76		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
51	77		No person shall be discriminated against on the basis of their
52	78		vaccination or immunity status by any public accommodation by:
53	79		1. Providing any disposition, service, financial aid or benefit
54	80		to an individual which is different, or is provided in a different
55	81		manner, from that provided to other members of the general public;
56	82		2. Subjecting any individual to segregation or separate
57	83		treatment in any matter related to that individual ’s receipt of any
58	84		disposition, service, financial aid or benefit provided to other
59	85		members of the general public;
60		-	3. Restricting an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any
61		-	advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any disposition,

	137	+	3. Restricting an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any

91	141		4. Treating an individual differently from others in
92	142		determining whether that indi vidual satisfies any admission,
93	143		enrollment, quota, eligibility, membership or other requirement or
94	144		condition which individuals must meet in order to be provided any
95	145		disposition, service, financial aid, function or benefit available
96	146		to other members of the general public; or
97	147		5. Denying an individual an opportun ity to participate in a
98	148		program through the provisi on of service or otherwise afford that
99	149		individual an opportunity to do so which is different from that
100	150		afforded to other members of the general publi c.
101	151		SECTION 2. It being immediately nece ssary for the preservation
102	152		of the public peace, hea lth or safety, an emergency is hereby
103	153		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104	154		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
