6565 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Historical Society;

7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
7575 Historical Society from any monies not otherw ise appropriated from
7676 the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
7777 ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
7878 ($150,000.00) for the purpose of hiring a coordinator to develop
7979 plans to create a Civil Rights Trail visitor center.
8080 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021.
8181 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
8282 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
8383 declared to exist, by rea son whereof this act shall take effect and
8484 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
