2011, Section 7-10, which relates to the Southern
Dairy Compact; and p roviding an effective date.
SUBJECT: Repeal of the Southern Dairy Compact
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2011, Section 7-10, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
