215	350		Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833
216	351		(1992), thereby restoring to the State of Oklahoma the authority to
217	352		prohibit abortion; or

219	353		2. An amendment to the United States Constitution is adopted
220	354		that restores to the State of Oklahoma the aut hority to prohibit
