75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 49-143.8 of Title 11, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. Except as provided in subsect ion B of this section and for
80	80	persons receiving benefits pursuant to Sec tion 49-101 of Title 11 of
81	81	the Oklahoma Statutes, any person receiving benefits from the
82	82	Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System as of June 30,
83	83	2021, who continues to receive benefits on or after July 1, 2022,
84	84	shall receive a two percent (2%) increase in the benefits in July
85	85	2022.
86	86	B. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
87	87	pursuant to subsection C of this section after June 30, 20 21, shall

141	141	C. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to re ceive
142	142	pursuant to repealed Section 49-136 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma
143	143	Statutes after June 30, 2020, shall be used to offset the increase
