73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statute s as Section 17-116.23 of Title 70, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	Any person receiving benefits from the Teachers ’ Retirement
78	78	System of Oklahoma as of June 30, 20 21, who continues to receive
79	79	benefits on or after July 1, 2022, shall receive a two percent (2%)
80	80	increase in the benefits beginning in July 2 022.
