67	67	creating the State Senate Redistricting Act of 2021;

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE S TATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 80.35.5 of Title 14, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	This act shall be known and may be cited as the “State Senate
78	78	Redistricting Act of 20 21”.
79	79	SECTION 2. REPEALER 14 O.S. 2011, Sections 80.35,
80	80	80.35.1, 80.35.2 and 80.35.4 are hereby repealed.
81	81	SECTION 3. This act shall beco me effective November 1, 2021.
