75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-7-117 of Title 10A, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. A person with whom a child under two (2) years of age has
80	80	been placed pursuant to a court order for the purpose of providing
81	81	foster care, if such person is a lactat ing female, may breastfeed
82	82	the child if the person receives authorization from the Department
83	83	of Human Services and obtains prior written informed consent from a
84	84	biological parent of the child, if obtaining such consent is
85	85	practicable as determined by the Department.
86	86	B. The Director of the Department shall promul gate rules to
87	87	implement the provisions of this section.
