3159 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3360 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 13 O.S. 2011, Section 176.7, as
3461 amended by Section 1, Chapter 28, O.S.L. 2015 (13 O.S. Supp. 2020,
3562 Section 176.7), is amended to read as follows:

3763 Section 176.7. The Attorney General, upon application by a
3864 district attorney, may make application to a judge of competent
3965 jurisdiction for, and such judge may grant in conformity with the
4066 Security of Communications Act, an order authorizing the
4167 interception of wire, oral or electronic communications by any law

4396 thereof having responsibility for the investigation of the offense
4497 as to which the application is mad e, when such interception may
4598 provide evidence of acts of biochemical terrorism, terrorism,
4699 terrorism hoax, and biochemical assault, as defined in Section

49100 1268.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the commission of the
50101 offense of murder, the cultivation or manufacture or distribution of
51102 narcotic drugs or other controlled dangerous substances , as defined
52103 in the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, trafficking in
53104 illegal drugs, as defined in the Trafficking in Illegal Drugs Act,
54105 the trafficking of humans for labor or for commercial sex , as
55106 defined in Section 748 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the
56107 pandering of humans for sex as provided in Section 1081 of Title 21
57108 of the Oklahoma Statutes or the prostitution of a child , as defined
58109 in Section 1030 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, child sexual
59110 exploitation or permitting child sexual exploitation as defined in
60111 Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, soliciting
61112 sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology as
62113 defined in Section 1040.13a of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes,
63114 and any conspiracy to commit the crimes specifically enumerated in
64115 this section.
