An Act relating to asset forfeiture; repealing 63
O.S. 2011, Section 2 -503, as amended by Section 5,
Chapter 154, O.S.L. 2014 (63 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
2-503), which relates to property subject to
forfeiture; repealing 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2 -503A,
which relates to drug manufacture vehicle; repealing
63 O.S. 2011, Section 2 -504, which relates to seizure
of property; repealing 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-505,
as amended by Section 1, Chapter 25, O.S.L. 2017 (63
O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 2-505), which relates to
summary forfeiture of certain substances; rep ealing
63 O.S. 2011, Section 2 -506, as last amended by
Section 1, Chapter 225, O.S.L. 2 016 (63 O.S. Supp.
2020, Section 2-506), which relates to seizure of
property; repealing 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2 -507,
which relates to itemization and submission for
destruction; repealing 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-508,
as last amended by Section 2, Chapter 284, O.S.L.
2014 (63 O.S. Supp. 20 20, Section 2-508), which
relates to disposition of seized property; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-503, as
amended by Section 5, Chapter 154, O.S.L. 2014 (63 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 2-503), is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-503A, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-504, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-505, as
amended by Section 1, Chapter 25, O.S.L. 2017 (63 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 2-505), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-506, as last
amended by Section 1, Chapter 225, O.S.L. 2016 (63 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 2-506), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-507, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 7. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-508, as last
amended by Section 2, Chapter 284, O.S.L. 2014 (63 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 2-508), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. This act shall become effective November 1, 2 021.
