79	79	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SEN ATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
80	80	2ND SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
81	81	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
82	82	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
83	83	the following proposed amendments to Section 1 of Article I and
84	84	Section 1 of Article II of the Oklahoma Cons titution to read as
85	85	follows:
86	86	Section 1. The State of Oklahoma is an inseparable a free and
87	87	independent sovereign state and by choice a part of the Federal
88	88	Union known as the United States of America, and recognizes that the
89	89	Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.

150	150	times the inalienable right to abolish, alter or reform the same
151	151	whenever the public good may require it: Provided, such change be
152	152	not repugnant to the Constitution of the United States.
