52	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 250.4, is
54	59		amended to read as follows:
55	60		Section 250.4 A. Pursuant to provisions of the Constitutio n of
56	61		the State of Oklahoma from and after the beginning date of a term of
57	62		office which commences in, or after, during the period from January
58	63		2016 through December 2024, the following officers of the State of
59	64		Oklahoma shall be annually compensated for thei r services, payable
60	65		monthly, as follows:
61		-	1. The Governor shall receive a salary of One Hundred Forty -
62		-	seven Thousand Dollars ($147,000.00);

93	99		Thirty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty -five Dollars ($132,825.00);
94	100		4. The State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall receive
95	101		a salary of One Hundred Twenty -four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -
96	102		three Dollars ($124,373.00);
97	103		5. Each member of the Corporation Co mmission shall receive a
98	104		salary of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen
99	105		Dollars ($114,713.00);
100	106		6. The State Treasurer shall receive a salary of One Hundred
101	107		Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($114,713.00);
102	108		7. The State Auditor and Inspector shall receive a salary of
103	109		One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
104	110		($114,713.00);
105	111		8. The State Insurance Commissioner shall receiv e a salary of
106	112		One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
107	113		($114,713.00); and
108	114		9. The Commissioner of Labor shall receive a salary of One
109	115		Hundred Five Thousand Fifty -three Dollars ($105,053.00).
110		-	B. Pursuant to provisions of the Constitution of the State of

139		-	of the State of Oklahoma shall be annually compensated for the ir

142	149		received by the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court;
143	150		2. The Attorney General sh all receive a salary equal to the
144	151		salary received by the Presiding Judge of the Court of Criminal
145	152		Appeals;
146	153		3. The following shall rece ive a salary equal to the salary
147	154		received by a district judge:
148	155		a. the Lieutenant Governor,
149	156		b. the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,
150	157		c. the State Treasurer,
151	158		d. the State Auditor and Inspector,
152	159		e. the State Insurance Commi ssioner,
153	160		f. the Commissioner of Labor, and
154	161		g. each member of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
155	162		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
