5257 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5358 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 250.4, is
5459 amended to read as follows:
5560 Section 250.4 A. Pursuant to provisions of the Constitutio n of
5661 the State of Oklahoma from and after the beginning date of a term of
5762 office which commences in, or after, during the period from January
5863 2016 through December 2024, the following officers of the State of
5964 Oklahoma shall be annually compensated for thei r services, payable
6065 monthly, as follows:
61-1. The Governor shall receive a salary of One Hundred Forty -
62-seven Thousand Dollars ($147,000.00);

139-of the State of Oklahoma shall be annually compensated for the ir

151158 d. the State Auditor and Inspector,
152159 e. the State Insurance Commi ssioner,
153160 f. the Commissioner of Labor, and
154161 g. each member of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
155162 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
