47 | 95 | B. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving | |
48 | 96 | fund for the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and | |
49 | 97 | Technology to be designated the "Oklahoma Accelerator Revolving | |
50 | 98 | Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal | |
51 | 99 | year limitations. The fund shall consist of all monies authorized | |
52 | 100 | by law for deposit in such fund including, but not limited to, | |
53 | 101 | gifts, grants, private donat ions, private equity contributions, and | |
54 | 102 | fee revenues and funds by government entities a uthorized to provide | |
55 | 103 | funding for the purposes authorized for the use of the fund. All | |
56 | 104 | monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby approp riated | |
57 | 105 | and may be budgeted and expended by t he Oklahoma Center for t he | |
58 | 106 | Advancement of Science and Technology for purposes authorized by law | |
59 | 107 | to implement the Oklahoma Accelerator Program. Expenditures from | |
60 | 108 | said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer | |
61 | 109 | against claims filed as pre scribed by law with the Director of the | |
62 | 110 | Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and | |
63 | 111 | payment. | |
