2652 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:

2853 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2954 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 187A-1 of Title 73, unless there
3055 is created a duplicati on in numbering, reads as follows:

3256 A. In addition to any other authorization provi ded by law, the
3357 Oklahoma Capitol Impro vement Authority is authorized to utilize
3458 available funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by
3559 Enrolled House Bill No. 1002 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the
3660 59th Oklahoma Legislature, in the amount of Three Million Nine
3761 Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Dollars
3862 ($3,983,620.00) for the benefit of the Council on Law Enforcement

3989 Education and Training to facilitate the construction of new or

4291 B. LCF Recapitalization Payments shall be made related to th e
