COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE
An Act relating to the Oklahoma Department of
Commerce; making an appropriation; identifying
source; specifying amount.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
Department of Commerce from any monies not otherwise appropriated
from the General Revenue Fund of the State Tre asury for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 202 3, the sum of One Hundred Forty-five Million
Dollars ($145,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
provide site improvements and construction of needed facility
upgrades at an industrial park in the state, in order to benefit the
state and its citizens by attracting large-scale economic activity

and development that creates a substantial number of jobs in the
state.
