24	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
	52	+	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
	53	+	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
	54	+	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Public Finance
	55	+	Act of 2023".
	56	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.

26		-	SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
27		-	Department of Commerce from any monies not othe rwise appropriated
28		-	from the General Reve nue Fund of the State Tre asury for the fiscal
29		-	year ending June 30, 202 3, the sum of One Hundred Forty-five Million
30		-	Dollars ($145,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
31		-	provide site improvements and construction of needed facility
32		-	upgrades at an industrial park in the state, in order to benefit the
33		-	state and its citizens by attracting large-scale economic activity
34		-	and development that creates a substantial number of jobs in the
35		-	state.
