26	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TH E STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 150.19b of Title 74, unless
30	53		there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows :

32	54		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
33	55		for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to be designated the
34	56		“Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Centennial Revolving Fund”.
35	57		The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fi scal year
36	58		limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
37	59		Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation from gifts, donations, or any
38	60		other source. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are
39	61		hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expende d by the Oklahoma
40	62		State Bureau of Investigation for the purpose of celebrating the

42	90		Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the
43	91		State Treasurer against claims filed as presc ribed by law with the
44	92		Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
45	93		approval and payment.

49	94		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.

51	95		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preser vation
52	96		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
53	97		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
54	98		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
